We want you to love your OLG gear. If for some reason you don't, we are more than happy to refund or exchange it.
Old Lady Gains accepts returns or exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 30 days of the original order date. Customers are limited to one (1) exchange per order.
To qualify, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Be free of odors, pet hair, stains, deodorant marks, or damage
Old Lady Gains reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Items that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for additional exchanges.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All sales on closeout items are final and will not be refunded or exchanged.
