Do you ship outside the U.S.A.?

Yes! We ship worldwide. 

NOTE: Some countries may charge extra duties and tax when your package arrives. These charges are not included in the shipping fees.

My package says it's delivered but I haven't received it?

Best thing to do is to take your tracking number and contact your local post office. The US Post Office updates the online tracking information and not OLG.

What is included in your Mystery Pack?

Pick your size and the Mystery pack contains 2 items selected by us. The items in the pack could contain any of our wearable merchandise from:

• past seasons
• retired designs
• garment irregulars
• imperfect graphic image

All items are from various seasons. Styles, sizing and fabric content between items may vary. 

All mystery pack sales are final.  No exchanges or returns. You get what ya get friends!

Do you have men’s sizes?

All of our t-shirts are unisex sizing. We do not carry sizes specifically to men.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to make a change to an order please contact us as soon as possible at info@oldladygains.com.

Because all of our apparel is made to order, we begin processing orders quickly. If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is in production or has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
